What Dr. Concierge is for a partner
We bring you a foreign client, take full responsibility for organizing the trip, and do not interfere with your core activity.
Who we're looking for
Clinics with a valid license. Hotels, carriers, interpreters, spas, and other suppliers willing to work to a single service standard.
What the partner gets
A flow of foreign clients, no acquisition costs, a single contract with clear rules, and participation in the national quality system.
How it's structured
Medical payments go directly to the clinic, concierge services go through the company. Responsibility for the medical outcome stays with the clinic; responsibility for organizing the trip is taken on by Dr. Concierge.
What we require
A license, transparent terms, acceptance of the Partner Code of Conduct, and compliance with quality and personal-data-protection standards.
Medical tourism quality assessment
We aim for a high quality bar and choose partners who share it. That's why we rely on international standards in medical and wellness tourism and work with partners who have passed an assessment of compliance with those standards.
The self-assessment system of the National Tourist Organization of Ukraine lets a clinic or accommodation facility check its own compliance with the medical tourism standard's requirements. The declaration and certificate are issued by NTO.UA based on the applicant's self-assessment.

This certificate confirms completion of self-assessment within the NTO.UA system and is not a certificate from an accredited conformity assessment body. If a clinic or accommodation facility wishes to obtain a certificate from an accredited conformity assessment body, NTO.UA provides consultations, staff training, and support through that certification process.
For full transparency: the president of NTO.UA is one of the co-founders of Dr. Concierge. This does not affect the independence of the self-assessment procedure that every partner goes through under the same criteria.
