Every client goes through the same journey, refined in detail over real cases. Here's exactly what happens at each stage, from the first inquiry to returning home.
Before the trip
- We take in the inquiry and clarify the request and preferred language — without making any medical assessment ourselves.
- If available, we pass medical documents to the partner clinic and arrange translation of medical terminology as needed.
- The clinic prepares a preliminary treatment plan and estimated cost — we pass this to the client as is, without our own comments or interpretation.
- We put together a single proposal with the two budgets clearly separated: the cost of treatment and the cost of organizing the trip.
- Once agreed — signing the agreement, paying for concierge services, and booking everything needed around the trip dates.
During treatment
- We meet the client, help them settle into the hotel or apartment, and handle everything logistical on the ground.
- A coordinator accompanies every visit to the clinic and stays in touch throughout treatment.
- An interpreter joins consultations with the doctor when needed, so nothing gets lost to a language barrier.
- Any organizational matter — transfer, schedule changes, day-to-day needs — is handled without involving the clinic.
After treatment
- We stay in touch during recovery and help arrange follow-up checkups or telemedicine consultations with the clinic.
- We collect feedback about the trip as a whole — not about the medical outcome, which only the clinic can assess.
- For a repeat treatment or a follow-up visit, the client reaches out directly to the same, already-familiar team.
