These Terms govern the use of the website dr-concierge.in.ua and are separate from the Medical Tourism Facilitation Agreement, which governs the actual provision of concierge services to a client.

By using this site, you agree not to disrupt its operation, not to use automated data collection without permission, and to provide accurate information in the request form.

Dr. Concierge acts as a travel agent within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" and is not a tour operator; travel agency activity is not subject to licensing under Ukrainian law.

All information on this site (treatment directions, estimated timelines, clinic descriptions) is provided for general information only and does not constitute a public offer or a guarantee of treatment outcome. Medical decisions are made solely by the partner clinic under a separate agreement with the patient.
