The dinner for two includes: vinete — roasted eggplant with adjika and brynza mousse, fasolita with chopped roasted pepper and turte flatbread, traditional mamaliga with sour cream and aged brynza (2 servings), charcoal-grilled veal mititei, turkey shashlik, plăcintă with potato and onion, cherry vertuta, water, and Chardonnay Bostavan (2 glasses).
